Mr. Weidong Sun, Chief Representative in China

Mr. Weidong Sun has over 21 years of experience in project feasibility studies, new company establishment, corporate acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and manufacturing operations and extensive expertise with public relations.

During 1990-1995, as director of Investment Development Department of Chengdu Investment Company, in Chengdu, China, he was in charge of 36 successful acquisitions and reorganizations, which covered various industries, such as agribusiness, metallurgy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, printing dyeing, electronics, machinery, food, construction, and retail. During 1996-1998, he established and managed Chengdu Shudu Electronic Powdering Materials Company to manufacture cobaltous oxide, manganous oxide, cupric oxide and nickelic oxide. Under his operation, the company went public and raised funds successfully. Currently he is also a co-founder of Sanyuanhe Enterprise Company, in Beijing, specializing in business consulting and public relations.

Mr. Weidong Sun holds a BA in economics and a MA in Market Economics from The Central University for Nationalities.
